According to " scientific and technical incentive method of Zhejiang Province ", now our bureau solicit suggestions from public on our preliminary assessment of the projects which gain provincial Science and Technology award in 2004. Anyone who holds different views to the projects can propose his objection with true identity in the form of writing in 30 days since the announcement is published. In order to deal with the objections justly, anonymous ones won’t be accepted.  And the identities will be protected according to regulation.
