The Institutions' Functions of Zhejing Provincail Oorganization Business Management Bureau

( ONE) Researching and stipulating the concrete policies and the regulation systems of the provincail organization administrative affairs, and organizing the implement; jointly with the department concerned studing the establishment and organizing the implement of logistic system of the provincail organization reform of policies and ways, carring on the macro management and leading business of logistic service unit of the provincail organization, and promoting organization reform and the development of the logistic service unit.

( Two) Be responsible for the administrative financail management of parts of units of the provincial government sequence, establishing the relevant financail rules and supervising to carry out.

( Three) Be responsible for the comprehensive management of the provincail organizations' real estate, the establishment combines the organization implement of real estate management regulation system; Be responsible for management and base construction of funds inside public finance budget to consruction of provincial organizations'administrative land using ; be responsible for the management of provincail organizations' house property right ,produce origin and the house repair ; under the leading of the provincail national territory resources drawing room, implement the management through specialized department to the right to use the land of provincail organization. be responsible for the reform and organization implement of housing of the units which directly under the provincail goverment.

( Four) Be responsible for suppling the service for daily life of the vice provincial class leaders who have the relation at provincail party committee, provincial commission for disciplinary inspection, provincail national people's congress, provincial goverment,provincial people's political constructive conference, provincial high court,provincial procuratorate (including the leaves and retirees), or the leaders who are appointed by the provincial party committee and provincail goverment,

( Five) Be responsible for the management of equipment plan, renewal of parts of unit automobiles for the provincial government sequence etc.

( Six) Bbe responsible for the inside-guests' reception of using cars, etc. such as the vice provincial class leaders who have the relation at provincail party committee, provincial commission for disciplinary inspection, provincail national people's congress, provincial goverment,provincial people's political constructive conference, and leaders of parts of provincail organization (including the leaves and retirees) .be responsible for the general management work of the important provincial meeting .

( Seven) be responsible for the implement and management of the province administration center programming; be responsible for the relevent logistics service and guarantee work of provincial administration center ; guiding and adjusting the virescence work of the provincail organization.

( Eight) undertaking the other items that assigned by the provincail party committe and provincial goverment.
