    The area boasts a convenient water and land transportation network with a national sea-route (Changhushen sea-route), 2 national highways (318 highway and 104 highway), 2 highways (Hangning highway, Shensuzhewan highway) and 3 railways (Xuanhang, Xinchang, Changniu railway) going through.
Geographical Position

As to hi-tech and science projects, from the eleventh to the fifteenth year, enterprises obtain a subsidy 30% of the county share.
If the foreign-invented enterprises reinvent its profit directly, 40% of the income tax will be returned with a subsidy 30% of the county share.

Thoroughfare
The main thoroughfare within the area is 52 meters wide and the secondary thoroughfare is 36 meters, both are constructed by the standard of first class city thoroughfare.

Water and Electricity
The zone has 2 transformer substations of 110KV (another transformer substation of 220KV is being constructed) and 1 waterworks with the daily output of 60 thousand tons (the planning scale is 180 thousand tons water for daily output).

Steam
The steam project has the capacity of supplying 100 T steam per hour with the pressure over 10Kg and the temperature over 200??.

Gas
The zone can support natural gas with the Calorific value as 8600 Kilocalorie/stere, according to the project of ?¡ãtransforming the natural gas from the west China to east China?¡À. And natural gas can be offered in accordance with requirement from the enterprise.

Pollution Discharge
The zone has two pollution discharge factories with the daily disposal capacity of 60 thousand tons (the planning disposal capacity is 120 thousand ton
