The 11th Standing Committee of the Provincial People¡¯s Congress held its 2nd plenary meeting of the 14th session yesterday afternoon.

Conference attendees listened to reports on food safety within the province issued by the provincial government and illustrations of ¡°The Draft Regulations on Urban and Rural Planning in Zhejiang¡±. They listened to reports on the result of deliberations on bills made by the presidium of the 2nd meeting of the 11th Standing Committee of the Provincial People¡¯s Congress, which were released by the Law Committee, Committee for Internal and Judicial Affairs, Finance and Economy Committee, Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee, Agriculture Committee, and Environment and Resources Committee respectively, all of which were under the Provincial People¡¯s Congress. They also listened to reports on the work of handling suggestions, criticisms and advice of the representatives of the 2nd meeting of the 11th Standing Committee of the Provincial People¡¯s Congress, issued by the provincial government.
