The elimination of tolls this time includes 78 toll projects for second-grade roads whose loans are repaid by the government and will tentatively be carried out at the end of February. The time limit of tolls for ordinary toll highway projects invested by capital from enterprises and society will also be appraised and decided on and the nature of the projects will be clarified.
