On March 11, Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Industry & Commerce released An Analysis of 2009 Consumers¡¯ Complaints in Zhejiang. It revealed that household electronic appliances, general merchandise and foodstuff ranked top three in terms of commodity complaints; the non-store sale service, the telecommunications service and the Internet service received most complaints from consumers; and Top 10 Complaints included automobiles, mobile phones and TV shopping, etc.
