According to statistics, in 2009 Zhejiang enterprises continue to attend overseas exhibitions with great enthusiasm, as they did in 2008, far ahead of those from other provinces and top in the exhibition attendance overseas.

According to the newly released 2009 Report on the Development of Zhejiang Convention and Exhibition Industry by Zhejiang International Convention & Exhibition Industry Association, in 2009, Zhejiang enterprises have attended more than 340 overseas exhibitions, occupying exhibition space of 205 thousand square meters with 23 thousand standardized exhibition booths, which rises 65% compared with the same period last year and accounts for one third of the Chinese exhibition booths overseas.
