Zhejiang Provincial Civil Affairs Department, the Finance Bureau of Zhejiang Province, and Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Zhejiang Province set a goal that 20 thousand positions for community service workers in both city and rural areas of Zhejiang will be created through government purchase of services from 2009 to the end of 2010.
