On the morning of 16, March, CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee held an officials meeting to convey and implement the spirits of the Third Session of the Eleventh National People¡¯s Congress and the Third Session of the Eleventh CPPCC.

Zhao Hongzhu, secretary of CPC Zhejiang Provincial  Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People¡¯s Congress presided over the meeting. He conveyed the spirits of some important speeches made by the leading comrades of the central committee, and made deployment in relation to learning and carrying out the spirits of the ¡°Two Sessions¡± and the spirits of some important speeches made by the leading comrades of the central committee. Lu Zushan, deputy secretary of CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee, governor of Zhejiang Province, conveyed the spirits of the Third Session of the Eleventh National People¡¯s Congress. Zhou Guofu, Chairman of Zhejiang Provincial CPPCC, conveyed the spirits of the Third Session of the Eleventh CPPCC.

Vice-governor-level officials and retired officials, governor-level officials and retired officials, members of the CPC (the Party Leadership Group) of the departments directly under the provincial government, and officials above the level of deputy minister attended the meeting.
