In accordance with the ¡°Notice of Ministry of Commerce and State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Issues Concerning the Joint Annual Inspection of Overseas Investment¡± (No.60 [2009] of the Ministry of Commerce), 2010 joint annual inspection of Zhejiang overseas investment will be carried out from June 1 to July 31, the subjects of inspection being those overseas enterprises established before December 31, 2009 by the main bodies of investment in Zhejiang.

Enterprises to participate in the inspection should download ¡°Annual Inspection Report¡± from the website of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce (www.zcom.gov.cn), or from the website of Department of Outward Investment and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce (www.mofcom.gov.cn) or the website of State Administration of Foreign Exchange (www.safe.gov.cn), have it printed on A4 paper, fill accurately in the form the related information about the enterprises in duplicate, and submit respectively to local departments in charge of commerce and local administrations of foreign exchange.

Enterprises to take part in the inspection should also download enterprise customer-end software of direct investment management information system of State Administration of Foreign Exchange through the net service platform of State Administration of Foreign Exchange (Website: www.safesvc.gov.cn) and fill in and submit Table 2 of the electronic report through the system.

To those enterprises that exceed the time limit and still fail to participate in the inspection, departments in charge of commerce will not accept their application for special funds. State Administration of Foreign Exchange will give relevant punishment respectively to those enterprises and persons in charge who violate the rules in accordance with the stipulations of Article 48 of Regulations of the People¡¯s Republic of China on Foreign Exchange Administration.
