Dear Sir or Madam,

Our company PE Kharyakov is located in Zaporozhye, Ukraine. We have signed contract with Chinese company for supply of citric acid. We made a prepayment of $ 6 450 in April, 2008. Unfortunately, the seller didn't ship us the product and didn't return our prepayment back. Now we are trying to request our money back, but it seems that the seller is not going to do it.

We hope that you could help us in finding the ways to resolve this problem. We have a signed contract and documents that confirm our payment. Maybe you can advise us where we could apply for help, recommend us authorities in China that can influence the seller, like police or court? We will appreciate if you recommend us organizations that can be helpful. If could also check out information about this company it will be much helpful. We need to check out its official address, registration number and their director.
