1.       Application Form of Authorized Qualification of Employing Foreign Experts;

2.       Qualification certificate(s) of legal person;

3.       Administration regulations (including security regulations) and working regulations of the employer concerning foreign personnel;

4.       Trade license or certificate: school and other educational or training organizations should summit a copy of the official reply of applying for education from labor or industry and commerce department, a copy of education license, or a copy of business license;

5.       Employers other than those listed under Item 4 should summit a copy of business license or of official reply issued by relevant administrative departments.
